Start at the top
Serving size is one gummy, and one gummy weighs 2.5 g. A bottle has 30 servings. So one bottle is 30 gummies and about 30 days at one a day.
The numbers per gummy
Calories are 8. Total carbohydrate is 2 g, which is 1% of the daily value. Total sugars are 2 g, and 1 g of that is added sugar, 2% of the daily value. Sodium is 2.5 mg, calcium 1 mg and magnesium 0.75 mg, each at 0% of the daily value.
These numbers are small. A gummy is a light thing to eat, and the label shows that plainly.
The proprietary blend
The blend line says 525 mg, and the names inside are apple cider vinegar plus BHB as calcium, magnesium and sodium salts. A dagger mark means a daily value has not been established.
Learn more about each name on the apple cider vinegar and BHB salts pages.
Other ingredients
Below the box, the label lists corn syrup, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, tapioca starch, natural flavors and beet root powder. These make the gummy base.
You can read about apple pectin and beet root powder too.
What it adds up to
525 mg of a 2.5 g gummy is 21%. That is our own math, and the home page shows it in a simple dot chart. The rest of each gummy is the base, which is what makes it chewy and berry-flavored.
